Dr. Travis Stiegler
Dr. Travis is an osteopathic physician with nearly twenty years of experience in developing an effective, opioid-free approach to pain management. With a background in psychiatry and substance abuse recovery, he has witnessed the detrimental effects of medicating pain without addressing its root causes. Dr. Travis employs a holistic, multimodal approach to pain management, focusing on non-opioid therapies that address physiological dysfunction and the whole person, including sleep, mobility, diet, and psychological factors.
He is an expert in osteopathic manipulative medicine, using techniques such as Muscle Energy, Myofascial Release, Strain-Counterstrain, Facilitated Positional Release, High Velocity Low Amplitude, and Craniosacral Therapy. His treatments also include trigger point injections, cupping, vibration therapy, topical salves, neuropathic pain agents, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine injections, spinal decompression, supplements, and weight loss support.
Dr. Travis is a member of several professional organizations, including the Arizona Academy of Osteopathy, Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Association. He completed his medical education at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and his psychiatry residency and child psychiatry fellowship at Maricopa County Hospital.
