Dr. Bridget Stiegler

Dr. Bridget Stiegler, board-certified Osteopathic Physician and founder of True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Dr. Bridget Stiegler is a distinguished osteopathic physician, board-certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. With nearly 20 years of experience in managing complex medical conditions, she has dedicated the past decade to the care of patients with life-threatening or terminal illnesses. Currently, Dr. Stiegler is a fellow at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, where she is expanding her expertise in complementary and alternative healing modalities.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Stiegler is a clinical professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona and serves as Vice President of the Arizona Academy of Osteopathy. She is highly regarded as a leader in End-of-Life Care and has provided extensive education in various academic settings, earning respect as a dynamic and compassionate teacher. Her commitment to holistic, evidence-based care drives her mission to enhance quality of life, comfort, and autonomy for patients and their families navigating serious illnesses.

Dr. Stiegler completed her medical degree at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also undertook a pre-doctoral teaching fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, serving as chief resident in 2010, and later worked as a hospital academic teaching attending. In 2013, she completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Harvard Medical School and subsequently served as the director of hospice and palliative care for Northern Arizona Healthcare. Dr. Stiegler continues to advance her knowledge and practice through her fellowship in Integrative Medicine.
